close When you have subscribed to the Club, please request the free update by writing to club@c-map.it. If you have a cartridge, you will be asked to send it to our headquarters in Italy. You will receive a special RAN code - Return Authorization Number - which needs to be indicated on the parcel. You will need to cover the costs of shipment to Italy, but the updated cartridge will be sent back to you free of charge. If you, however, have a C-Map chart on PC, you will be asked to send us a chart licence request for the most current version of your chart generated from the most current NT+/MAX PC Selector. The free license updating your C-Map PC chart will be sent back to you right away.

closeThe Club Membership is valid for 365 days. Therefore, the free update and other benefits can be used at any time during the 365 days of Membership. Please, bear in mind that Jeppesen Marine issues 2-3 updates per year.

If you use a dongle, all you need to do is to generate a new chart license request for the most current version of your chart (using a current NT+/MAX PC Selector) with the dongle plugged in. The licence updating your chart will be bound to the dongle. Moreover, if you do not use a dongle but would like to, you will be able to purchase a C-Map dongle with a special discount as a Premium Club Member.

closeIf you bought a C-Map chart from an authorized Jeppesen Marine dealer, you may, if you wish to do so, indicate your dealer's name on the subscription form.
